Payment Policy
If your intended stay at Victoria Wells or more than 30 days prior to booking a 20% deposit secures your chosen cabin. Deposits are non refundable and full payment is required at least 30 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation costs within 30-15 days 50% of holiday booked; 7-14 days 75% of holiday booked; 0-7 days or non arrival 100% 0f holiday booked. Christmas and New Year terms are increased by 14 days.
Child Policy
Children and infants most welcome.
